Coriander Powder – Fresh & Aromatic

🥔 Maharani’s Dhaniya Aloo Tikka

Crispy, golden baby potatoes coated in a spiced coriander marinade — bursting with flavor and perfect as a snack, starter, or side dish.

Ingredients:

• 12–15 baby potatoes (boiled & peeled)
  
• 2 tbsp thick curd (yogurt)
  
• 1 ½ tsp Maharani Masale Coriander Powder
  
• ½ tsp Maharani Masale Lakadong Turmeric Powder
  
• ½ tsp Maharani Masale Cumin Powder
  
• ½ tsp Maharani Masale Red Chili Powder

• 1 tbsp lemon juice
  
• 1 tbsp gram flour (besan)
  
• 1 tbsp oil or ghee
  
• Salt to taste
  
• Fresh coriander (for garnish)
  

Method:

1. In a bowl, mix curd, Maharani Masale Coriander Powder, cumin powder, turmeric, red chili powder, lemon juice, gram flour, oil, and salt into a smooth marinade.
   
2. Add boiled baby potatoes and coat them evenly. Marinate for 15–20 minutes.
   
3. Heat a grill pan or tawa and roast the potatoes on medium flame until golden and slightly crisp.
   
4. Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
